By using our service, you've accepted the following terms below:


1. Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Hyonix Limited is strictly prohibited. As our customer, you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be canceled without chance of a refund.

As a general rule as long as you are not impacting others then you will not be restricted. Specifically, you must not excessively use high disk IO (Read and Write) applications for more than 1 hour. and constantly use your network at full speed for 24 hours.

2. Prohibited usage

It's not permitted for illegally sharing/peering content including: hacked/cracked software, warez, copyrighted materials, sexual contents, ... and activities including: DDOS, port scanning, hacking, spreading virus, spamming, ...

Depends on your violation, we will contact you and asks for your resolution within 24 hours.

3. Traffic usage

Every plan comes with a certain amount of traffic allowance, your network connectivity will be limited to 10 Mbps when you exceed your limit.

4. Billing

An invoice will be delivered by email 5 days before the dual date and there will be another reminder in 24 hours before the due date. Customer will need to make timely payment. Every service will be terminated within 24 hours after the due date.

All credits left in your account will be deducted in invoices directly and you will need to pay the rest (If any).

We might hold your order due to suspicious activity. At this point, you will need to prove your ownership of the payment account(s) you wanted to use with us.

Paypal disputes or claims result in immediate termination of your account.

5. Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a 7 days Money back guarantee on all services where full price is paid.

In order to qualify, you MUST request a refund via our ticketing system.

You will only qualify for a refund if you have selected ‘Monthly’ or ‘Quarterly” during checkout and on your first order.

If A client is found to have abused service in any way no refund will be granted.

Any request that has been over 7 days guaranteed or violated our terms of service (even within 7 days money back guarantee) will be declined.

The refund policy is not open for any negotiation and is final and absolute any attempts to pursue a refund outside of these conditions will be ignored and your account will be considered as term abusing.

6. Data and backups

Hyonix Limited shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Hyonix Limited servers going offline or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Hyonix Limited shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Hyonix Limited servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

In short, we will not be responsible for any data loss by an unexpected event such as server incidents, network outages, ...

User has the responsibility for any data backups. Our service does not have automatic backup solution included.

7. Semi-managed Support

Semi-managed support entitles you to the following on request:

- OS related issues (Mis-configured, language changes, install services package, firewall, licensing, ...)

- Custom OS loads.

- Basic security on your OS e.g. updates...

- Basic software supports (Chrome, IE, VPN, ...).

- Recommendation on add-ons which can optimize your VPS.

We do not provide supports for custom made softwares, bots. You must contact creators for the best solution. However, we will still process other requests as deemed reasonable.

In order for us to fully supports, we might request you for your VPS credentials. We might refuse to support if customers declined to send requested credentials

8. Torrent, Downloading, Uploading

It's allowed to do torrents, downloading, uploading intensively. But customer must contact us for a limit apply of 50 Mbps network speed and make sure you won't violate our Prohibited Uses terms.

Any intensive usage without limits will be either terminated or limited to 10 Mbps depends on situations

9. IRC

Because IRC usage attracts a disproportional amount of denial of service attacks, Hyonix does not allow usage of IRC clients, servers, bots, or other IRC technology. Customers who are found to be running IRC servers, clients, or bots, may have their service suspended, temporarily or permanently, at the discretion of Hyonix Limited. Customers who knowingly run IRC servers, clients, or bots, which are targeted by DoS attacks, may have their service permanently suspended without refund, at the sole discretion of Hyonix Limited.

10. Affiliates, resellers

We allow and encourage influencer, customers to resell, refer the service that we provided. Resellers will be responsible for the actions taken on the services they are paying for, including bandwidth overages, or violations of the terms of service and billing related issue on their end. Any technical issue may be requested through our ticket system by owner or moderators of reseller accounts.

As if you are a reseller, the cancellation of one service for abuse may not require us to cancel the reseller's other services.

We do apply 10% commission or discount for affilators and resellers. Payment will be calculated according to affiliates sales and sent in 1st every month with a minimum of $15. Payment is sent via Paypal only. Payment fees must be covered by affiliates side.
